Three person’s have been confirmed dead, one injured after a helicopter from the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Central African Republic crash-landed on Friday.
The crash occurred as the chopper was landing in the western town of Bouar, MINUSCA chief, Mankeur Ndiaye, wrote in a tweet.
The tweet reads: “It is with immense sorrow that I have learned of the crash of a Senegalese combat helicopter as it was landing at Bouar, leading to three deaths and one injured.”
