The Professional Council of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has called on its members to be ambassadors of the party’s presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and running mate, Kashim Shettima.
National Director-General of the council, Seyi Bamigbade spoke in Adamawa State at the kick-off of their empowerment scheme.
The program targets artisans and professionals with tuition-free scholarships.
Bamigbade, in a statement he signed, said: “Beneficiaries are to be trained in ICT, catering, interior decoration, event planning, plumbing, and others.
‘’They will also be assisted with start-up capital for self-reliance and to become employers of labor.”
Bamigbade said Nigerians were waiting for Tinubu and Shettima to lead the nation to greatness.
He called on members to campaign for Tinubu, saying a new Nigeria was possible with the vision which the Lagos State former governor would bring into governance.
