Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has approved the appointment of Dr. Dagogo Wokoma as the new Secretary to the State Government.
The governor also named Sunny Ewule, a legal practitioner, as his new Chief of Staff, announcing that both appointments take immediate effect.
Details of the appointments were contained in a statement issued by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Onwuka Nzeshi, who confirmed that the new officials would assume their roles without delay.
According to the statement, the swearing-in ceremony for the appointees is scheduled to hold at 2:00 pm.
The event will take place at the Executive Council Chamber of the Government House in Port Harcourt.
The appointments come as part of ongoing administrative adjustments within the Rivers State Government.
